The hotel room was very clean and spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The stuff was friendly and professional as I arrived around 10pm and the concierge was able to make good recommendations on food to eat. (He noted that we may not be comfortable eating spicy food upon arrival to Chengdu hence he recommended us a restaurant selling 猪蹄汤 which we enjoyed very much, unfortunately we didn’t get his name but we will always remember the good service) also the breakfast was excellent! Will definitely come back here again.

The room was spacious. We had a great view of the city. Plenty of amenities. Lots of options for breakfast. We really liked the swimming pool as well. The staff were friendly. And it was within walking distance of restaurants, shops, subway stations, and bus stops.

Toilet was very clean and automatic . Bath tub was clean and comfortable . There was also a personalized handwritten note from the household . Upon checkout , Chris was very helpful and prompt and The lady in glasses with red lipstick manning the breakfast entrance was very polite and attentive despite it being so early in the morning

Nice hotel in central Chengdu . We arrived early and was allowed to have breakfast while we waited for our room to be ready. The lounge was also great with amazing staff

Clean, spacious room, and, comfortable bed. Unless you do not like local taste, the spread for breakfast is adequate. We booked during lull period, hence cost is low, very value for money. Ps: my room is better than photo on Booking.com

The best service ever encountered in China. Reception, concierge, housekeeping and restaurant, all the staff’s service beyond a five stars hotel. Especially the concierge staff, fabulous!!! Location is great and super convenient.

Service was excellent where staff made you feel at home. Shout out to Mark Wu in F&B, May at the Lounge and Andy at front desk.
